We're looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator who is excited to grow their HR career while supporting a variety of clients across different industries. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, building relationships, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations for multiple clients while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, and other day-to-day HR tasks.
  • Coordinating benefits administration and payroll processing alongside client teams and vendors.
  • Assisting with drafting and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Responding to employee and client questions regarding HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate HRIS records and tracking compliance documentation and deadlines using ClickUp and other systems.
  • Helping coordinate onboarding sessions, training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts in partnership with our recruiting team.
  • Assisting with HR research and special projects that help improve client and employee experiences.
  • Staying informed on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices.
