Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents. Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Prepare employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Schedule and conduct job evaluations
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
