Consolidated Human Resources (“CHR”) is excited to announce an opening for the position of Human Resource Coordinator. We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

As a Human Resource Coordinator at CHR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Must be able to offer flexible hours of service whenever the client demands requiring such, and when advance notice is afforded to make such arrangements
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with various federal, state and local regulations
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for various clients
  • Facilitating employee relations and addressing employee queries and concerns
  • Overseeing performance management and assisting with employee evaluations
  • Conducting training sessions on HR-related topics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or any professional setting
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform the essential duties and responsibilities on an individual basis most of the time and, with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Professional HR certification Preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Experience with Prism HR
  • Experience with legal research
  • Two or more years of experience with HR employment documentation

  • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish is a bonus
