Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position! This person will mainly working in data and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for benefits research and implementation
  • Managing scheduling conflicts
  • Initiating and managing background checks
  • Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
  • Employee Relations and vendor management
  • Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
  • Maintain HR Systems
  • Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
  • Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation


Qualifications:


  • 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
  • Internships are a plus
  • Strong data skills is essential
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
