  • Assemble customized welcome kits and support "surprise and delight" career milestones for high-potential team members.
  • Tabulate employee satisfaction scores, compile training feedback logs, and monitor metrics to help drive continuous workplace satisfaction.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and Director of People Support, maintaining calendars, departmental logs, and office communications.
  • Foster an office culture of professional warmth, excellence, discretion, and collaboration consistent with core values.
  • Partner closely with department heads across the property to collect documentation, distribute training schedules, and support seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring HR-related vendor invoices, order receipts, and routine communications with external training partners and brokers.

Financial & Administrative Stewardship

  • Manage departmental supplies, training resources, team event inventory controls, and HR office expenses effectively while maintaining uncompromised luxury standards.
  • Process routine HR invoices, track expense receipts, and coordinate with accounting for timely processing.
