Summary

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) focused on HR Systems, you'll be a crucial link between business requirements and technology solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, and development teams to define requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful system implementations. Your proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery systems will drive efficient enhancements to the Human Resources team. 

Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment. Employees are expected to come into the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available at this time. Relocation is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to break down the annual roadmap into project plans with milestones.
  • Own key aspects of the roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and business units.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify solutions for business problems related to HR systems.

Agile Product Methodology:

  • Apply agile principles to HR system enhancements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and development teams.
  • Elaborate scope and detail features required for HR system improvements.

SAP SuccessFactors Expertise:

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes, recommending improvements aligned with best practices for HR functional modules in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Gather master data requirements and strategies to support the transition of HR data into SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Update security roles within the SuccessFactors system.

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Expertise:

  • Configure and maintain HR case and lifecycle workflows.
  • Troubleshoot HRSD issues and resolve configuration defects.
  • Oversee HR integrations with core systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate above responsibilities with the HR teams for all JDS companies.

Change Management:

  • Support complex change initiatives related to HR systems.
  • Deploy change management best practices (e.g., SCRUM, Agile).
  • Apply critical thinking to gathered requirements.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with various Human Resource tools and processes.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed product owners.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS system (or similar system), specifically Recruiting, Learning, and Performance and Goal Management modules.
  • Integration experience: writing Functional Specifications, create test scripts and perform unit testing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Collaboration:

  • Conduct working sessions with vendors and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and business terms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure intended software usage is well-defined.
  • Promote and implement automated testing for regression and functional tests.
  • Act as business relationship manager between IT and HR leadership to update system roadmap.

  • Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
Education & Work Preferences

Education:

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Technical, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of technology-related work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR systems.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies.

Desired Skills

Backend Technologies:

  • SuccessFactors system (or comparable HCM system)

Experience:

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $128,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
