What You'll Do
As an HR Administrator, you'll support the Human Resources team by providing exceptional service to employees and leaders while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Process employment documentation and maintain employee records
  • Support payroll and timekeeping activities
  • Assist employees with HR questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment documentation
  • Maintain confidential employee information in HR systems
  • Coordinate employee communications and engagement activities
  • Support recruiting, hiring events, and administrative HR functions
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR documentation
  • Partner with operations leadership to support a positive workplace culture
  • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Schedule
This facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Day Shift opportunities available
  • 2nd Shift opportunities available with shift differential
  • Flexibility to support business needs is preferred.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
How you will contribute
  • Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as testing, records, wages, and procedures on absences, hiring procedures, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.
  • Review applications and interview applicants.
  • Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence and or letters that require a knowledge of established departmental procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed.
  • Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and receptionist for the site.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
  • Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal /communication skills - able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
