Role Summary:

Tillman Networks is currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic individual to oversee all administrative activities related to our organization’s personnel. As the Human Resources Manager, you will develop recruitment strategies and implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and employee behavior.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Additionally, as the HR Manager you will play a key role in driving employee engagement and satisfaction through best HR practices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through HR staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues.
  • Leads the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems, providing strategic leadership for performance evaluation.
  • Manages the development and maintenance of the HR sections on the company website, focusing on recruiting, culture, and company information, as well as the employee intranet.
  • Establishes and leads standard recruiting and hiring practices to attract and hire a superior workforce.
  • Conducts interviews for management and executive positions, serving as part of the interview team for position finalists.
  • Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and legal requirements.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high levels of employee morale and motivation.
  • Provides engagement opportunities for the company to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Assists with benefits administration, including open enrollment and addressing general benefit concerns.
  • Coaches and trains managers in effective communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction with their employees, ensuring ethical, honest, and legal communication practices.
  • Conducts investigations as required or directed by leadership.
  • Supports employee needs by being empathetic and responsive to personal issues.


Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated performance in consulting with line managers in matters relating to employee development, performance management and general HR related area is required.
  • A solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration is required.
  • Experience working in a remote organization is a PLUS.
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have HR generalist expertise with a strong ethical, customer service, and interpersonal/ collaborative work style.
  • Experience in transforming, implementing and driving change within HR.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills by establishing appropriate rapport with all levels of management and associates, projecting integrity, trustworthiness and expertise.
