Position Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations for 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities and office employees.

  • Partner with hiring managers to execute on high-growth recruitment strategies.

  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team.

  • Provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action.

  • Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.

  • 7+ years of HR experience; including recruiting and previous people management experience.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.

  • Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws.
