About the RoleThe Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards, which sits within the HR department, oversees and coordinates the day-to-day administration of employee and retiree benefit plans and programs. This role analyzes health, insurance, and retirement benefits, conducting research and providing recommendations to senior leadership to facilitate changes and enhancements to plans and programs, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is also responsible for implementing program goals and objectives and managing the communication of benefit plans and wellness campaigns.
