Qualifications
Required
  • Experience using Workday (required)
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level HR roles
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, or employee services

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
