Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for HR Manager positions in City, ST. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a significant expansion phase.

  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and development of newly hired colleagues.

  • Coach and support managers on performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and corrective action plans.

  • Monitor workforce metrics including turnover, retention, engagement, and performance trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with performance management, talent development, action plans, and corrective actions.

  • Proven ability to drive and analyze workforce metrics, including turnover, employee retention, and performance indicators.

  • Experience supporting change management initiatives and proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office.

Perks:

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
