Job Summary:
The HR Administrator at Cyient, Inc. will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and services. This role is crucial in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with various HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare and process various HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.
  • Generate HR reports as needed, including headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
