The Human Resources Generalist will oversee a broad range of HR responsibilities, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, performance management support, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure consistent, people‑focused HR practices.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Administer full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Primary role in payroll processing and timekeeping oversight
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
  • Support performance review processes and manager coaching
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
