Note: This position is part of a HUD Section 3 project, and at this time, we are collecting applications as part of our ongoing outreach and future workforce planning efforts. Hands-on work on a heavy civil construction project for the St. Bernard Neighborhood Playground Stormwater Management Project (HUD Section 3 Project 4429), located at Willie Hall Playground,1101 Milton St., New Orleans, LA 70122.

This position supports a HUD-funded project subject to Section 3 hiring and reporting requirements. Individuals meeting the HUD low-income limit ($43,900 annually for the New Orleans area), public housing residents, or YouthBuild participants are strongly encouraged to apply.
