SCOPE:
The HRIS Customer Success Engagement Solutions Analyst III is a client facing internal expert supporting internal teams and affiliate customers by bridging business requirements with scalable HRIS solutions. This role is responsible for leading the resolution of escalated advanced system issues, driving mid-scale projects, and contributing to HRIS optimization initiatives. The Analyst III proactively identifies trends, recommends system improvements, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to support the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.
The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, or a related technical support role, including at least two years in a client-facing or systems analyst capacity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as an advanced Tier II support resource, resolving complex and escalated HRIS issues and acting as a trusted guide to clients for system functionality, integration concerns, and configuration questions.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to translate HR business processes into effective system solutions that improve performance, user experience, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams, ensuring timely updates on support tickets, project milestones, and system changes.
  • Lead or co-lead mid-scale projects and system enhancement initiatives, coordinating between functional teams, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Drive requirement gathering, impact assessments, configuration testing, and change management for new features or process changes.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Engagement Solutions Analyst and technical teams to evaluate the impact of SuccessFactors updates, identifying relevant features and facilitating appropriate change planning.
  • Conduct advanced audits and root-cause analysis to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across the HRIS platform.
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends or systemic issues, recommending and implementing changes to improve HR operations through technology.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing configurations, integrations, and user workflows, working with stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training to HR partners, power users, and managers on system features, best practices, and new capabilities.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials aligned with business needs and system updates.
  • Support the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for platform upgrades or new features.
  • Participate in cross-functional workgroups to define global process standards and system governance models.
  • Represent the Customer Success team in cross-departmental meetings and planning sessions involving HR system roadmaps and priorities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, or a related technical support role, including at least two years in a client-facing or systems analyst capacity.
  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG).
  • Solid understanding of HRIS data models, configuration, workflows, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to design and execute system tests, analyze results, and guide process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Experience supporting or training end users in a system or service environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • SuccessFactors experience preferred
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or Talent Suite modules.
    • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
    • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
    • Familiarity with Japanese business culture a plus.
    • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
    • Experience leading system-related training or workshops.
