Workday HRIS Manager - up to $190,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, TX, GA, NJ, NY



An established global organisation is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager with strong Workday HCM experience to lead and optimise a complex HR technology landscape. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, solve complex HRIS challenges, and drive continuous improvement across a global environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a senior HRIS leader and Workday HCM expert across a complex global HR technology ecosystem.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Review and challenge business requirements, providing clear recommendations, options, and feasibility assessments.
  • Provide functional oversight of Workday configuration delivered by technical teams.
  • Remain hands-on where required to support complex configuration, break-fix analysis, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Provide expertise across integrations and ensure strong data integrity across connected HR systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects.


Role Requirements:


  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
  • Strong experience in HRIS solution design, configuration oversight, and system support.
  • People Management experience.
