Job description

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, maintenance, and upgrades of HR systems, including company intranet, applicant tracking, performance management, reporting and other enterprise systems.
  1. Responsible for system analysis, update, testing, validation, documentation, and end user training.
  2. Responsible for identifying and implementing system and process improvements to continuously enhance service delivery, system performance and data accuracy.
  3. Research, identify and resolve root causes of data issues. Propose new or revised processes to prevent user or data issues from recurring.
  4. Administer and document the functionality of HR systems and underlying database tables.
  5. Create ad hoc and self-service reports and conduct necessary analysis and validation of report results before providing to end user.
  6. Maintain inbound and outbound interfaces to and from HR systems.
  7. Serve as backup to other HRIS team members.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  1. Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of HRIS and/or project management experience.
  3. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Excel.
  4. Ability to analyze information in an Oracle database.
  5. Experience with working in a confidential environment and ability to maintain confidential data.
  6. Ability to allocate and manage appropriate amounts of time for completing work while avoiding scheduling conflicts and developing appropriate timelines.
  7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  8. Experience working in a fast-paced, client-oriented setting.
  9. Experience dealing with ambiguity, able to use good judgment using best practices, able to be self-directed and able to work on a team or independently is a must.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
