Ready to take ownership of a high-impact HR technology transformation?

We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Manager and Dayforce expert to lead a major ADP-to-Dayforce migration for a rapidly growing, multi-location organization. This is an opportunity to do more than maintain an HRIS—you’ll help design, build, and optimize the HCM environment, partnering across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations.

If you enjoy being both strategic and hands-on and want to put your Dayforce expertise at the center of a highly visible transformation, this could be an exciting next step!!

Please Note: This position requires experience with Dayforce. You cannot be considered for this role without Dayforce and ADP experience!

HRIS Manager

Location: Colorado Corporate Office

Compensation: $116,000–$125,000 base salary + 10% bonus potential

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the organization's HR technology environment. This highly visible role will serve as the strategic system owner and subject matter expert for the company's transition from ADP to Dayforce.

The HRIS Manager will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations to build a scalable HCM environment supporting a growing, multi-location workforce. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Dayforce expertise with experience leading implementations, integrations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ADP-to-Dayforce migration, including system design, configuration, testing, implementation, and go-live.
  • Own Dayforce configuration across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits.
  • Develop scalable workflows, security roles, system standards, and HR technology processes.
  • Manage integrations between Dayforce and other business systems.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex configuration, data, and system issues.
  • Support scheduling, time tracking, and labor management requirements across multiple locations.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, security, compliance, and access controls.
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new functionality.
  • Develop HRIS reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Manage relationships with Dayforce implementation partners and consultants.
  • Develop training and support HR and Operations users throughout implementation.
  • Lead and develop the HR Technology team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including implementations or major HCM migrations.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM.
  • Experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementations, migrations, or platform optimizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Dayforce Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Core HR.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location and multi-state workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS integrations, workflows, security, reporting, and data management.
  • Ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. This person can develop an HR technology roadmap while also working directly within Dayforce on configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and optimization. Experience supporting a growing, multi-location organization with a significant hourly workforce is highly desirable.
