What we need:

The People Systems HRIS Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support human resources and technology functions by supporting and optimizing HR systems and processes. This role will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other people-related platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company's HRIS and other people systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, resolving user inquiries and providing technical support to HR team members.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Solicit client/customer requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or other existing system documentation or procedures to develop and conduct systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support.
  • Works with IT technical colleagues to conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and to prepare groundwork to meet customer technology needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes through system enhancements, workflow improvements, and technology solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current processes, gather requirements, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, company policies, and best practices in data management and security.
  • Monitor system access and permissions, conduct audits, and implement controls to safeguard sensitive HR information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and analytics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and innovation to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Create, modify, and maintain procedures, process flow charts, and reports using various report writing and presentation tools.
  • Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and lessons learned, including metrics for assessing progress; ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Workforce Management Software, Payroll Software (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Kronos, ADP, etc.) required.
