Lead HRIS Administrator - Successfactors
Location: East Los Angeles, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

SuperbTech is seeking an accomplished Lead HRIS Administrator  - Successfactors to support a confidential client in the energy sector. This position will serve as a senior technical and functional resource for enterprise HR systems, with primary responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, and Recruiting modules.
 
The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of HRIS experience, strong hands-on SuccessFactors configuration expertise, and the ability to lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, data governance, and process-improvement initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior technical and functional point of contact for assigned HR systems and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Configure, optimize, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, and Recruiting solutions.
  • Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, and system-enhancement initiatives.
  • Automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, reporting, and HR operational processes.
  • Maintain system security controls and support uninterrupted access for authorized end users.
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to define future platform and functionality requirements.
  • Support organizational restructuring, position management, work events, and related HR reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain data-governance practices that protect data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and security.
  • Analyze data flows, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience.
  • Develop recommendations for system and process improvements, including supporting data, business justification, and potential operational impacts.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, configuration standards, testing materials, and system procedures.
  • Protect confidential employee, business, financial, proprietary, and sensitive information in accordance with organizational security and privacy requirements.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of experience researching, analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing, or maintaining HR information systems.
  • Significant hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Strong configuration and functional experience with the following modules:
    • SuccessFactors Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals Management, PMGM
    • SuccessFactors Recruiting or comparable enterprise ATS solutions
  • Strong functional knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and related HR processes.
  • Experience leading HRIS implementations, system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, system security, data integrity, and governance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot system problems, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, vendor-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in:
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals Management
    • Recruiting
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale HR technology environments.
  • Experience partnering with HR and IT leadership on technology strategy, platform optimization, and organizational transformation.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, process documentation, and data-governance standards.
  • Experience supporting a highly regulated, utility, energy, or similarly complex organization.
 
 
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HRIS experience with strong, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise in Onboarding, PMGM, and Recruiting. SuccessFactors certifications in these modules are highly preferred.
