We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support two small business units across the U.S. and Canada. You'll handle everything from payroll and benefits to recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations - all while partnering with our corporate HR team in New York. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the people side and the process side of HR.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer payroll and benefits for U.S. and Canadian employees

  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts

  • Support performance reviews, merit increases, and bonus programs

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and best practices

  • Collaborate with corporate HR and finance on shared initiatives
