Job description

Well-established manufacturer based in Corona, CA, producing specialized engineered products trusted across demanding, performance-driven industries. The team blends hands-on craftsmanship with modern production systems, and has a reputation for quality, reliability, and consistency. Responsibilities

  • Own the entire production floor and warehousing operation, from raw material mixing through finished product leaving the facility
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Lead, guide, and develop front-line department leads
  • Directly manage warehouse, production manager, and planning managers
  • Serve as the hands-on continuous improvement and Lean champion on the floor, driving efficiencies, reducing waste, and improving throughput
  • Oversee two shifts, ensuring proper coverage, staffing, and output
  • Ensure every department and team member is executing their role and hitting daily production targets
  • Partner closely with HR, engineering, continuous improvement, and accounting to keep operations running smoothly
  • Uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the plant


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with time in a production management or plant leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred
  • Hands-on Lean implementation experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Available to work on-site 5 days per week in Corona
