Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily human resources operations and provide employee relations support across the organization. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Human Resources Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Human Resources Generalist will administer HR programs, support employees and leaders, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and assist the Human Resources Department as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, leaves of absences, disciplinary matters, performance, etc.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from employees in a professional manner, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to HR leadership with discretion.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership and management to understand organizational needs and assist with personnel changes.
  • Attends and participates in employee discussions with management regarding performance, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Conducts exit interviews, employee terminations, and new hire orientation as needed.
  • Assists HR leadership with labor-related audits.
  • Maintains personnel files and employment related documents in an organized fashion.
  • Responds timely to requests for information from unemployment agencies, workers compensation provider, insurance broker, etc.
  • Fully comprehends company policy and demonstrates the ability to accurately practice and/or apply policy.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stays up-to-date on new trends and overall best practices in the human resources field.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience in Human Resources required.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management, such as SHRM or PHR, preferred.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and uphold confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other related software.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
