Job description

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in a hands-on, operational HR role supporting multiple locations. This role will begin as contract with the opportunity to move to permanent.
  • 100% onsite
  • Hourly pay rate range (depending on experience): $35-$40/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
  • Support performance management processes including PIPs and employee coaching conversations
  • Manage HR support for a large hourly employee population
  • Handle ADA accommodations and related documentation/processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and support a positive new hire experience
  • Maintain employee records and HR data within Paylocity
  • Respond to employee and manager HR questions regarding policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Assist with investigations, documentation, and general HR operations
  • Support recruiting coordination and other HR administrative functions as needed

??Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related HR experience
  • Strong employee relations experience required
  • Experience supporting hourly employee populations
  • Prior exposure to ADA accommodations and compliance related HR work
  • Experience partnering with managers on performance management issues
  • HRIS experience required, Paylocity preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, high-touch operational environment
