¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos buscando un Especialista en Recursos Humanos que desempeñe un papel fundamental en la gestión del capital humano de la empresa que nos asista en transformar las experiencias laborales de los empleados

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Bachillerato o Grado Asociado en Recursos Humanos.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el campo de Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia trabajando reclutamiento y selección.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Dominio en ADP en área de Recursos Humanos (preferible).
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Experiencia en “Employee Relations”, manejo de situaciones.
  • Disponibilidad lunes a viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm.

Responsabilidades:

  • Encargado(a) del proceso de reclutamiento (publicación, screenings, entrevistas, oferta y contratación).
  • Coordina procesos de adiestramientos en el onboarding.
  • Mantener actualizados los archivos físicos y digitales de los empleados.
  • Generar reportes analíticos de KPIS de Recursos Humanos como (Turnover, ausentismo, Headcount, entre otros).
  • Asistir y orientar al empleado en situaciones con ADP.
  • Realizar certificaciones y verificaciones de empleo.
  • Realizar ordenes de uniformes anuales para toda la empleomanía.
  • Atender situaciones operacionales en la empleomanía (solución de conflictos de primer nivel).
  • Asistir en la coordinación de eventos y dinámicas para la empleomanía.
  • Se encarga de la comunicación interna de la empresa (publicaciones, correos informativos, periódicos internos, entre otros).
