Resumen del Puesto

El/la Asistente de Recursos Humanos brindará apoyo al departamento de Recursos Humanos en diversas funciones administrativas y relacionadas con reclutamiento, contribuyendo al manejo eficiente de los procesos de personal y a una experiencia positiva para candidatos y empleados.

Responsabilidades
  • Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento, incluyendo publicación de oportunidades y coordinación de entrevistas.
  • Realizar entrevistas y evaluaciones iniciales de candidatos.
  • Mantener actualizados los expedientes de empleados y la información registrada en los sistemas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar los procesos de onboarding y orientación de nuevos empleados.
  • Preparar, organizar y mantener documentación de nuevos empleados y expedientes de personal.
  • Atender consultas rutinarias de candidatos y empleados relacionadas con políticas de la compañía, beneficios y procesos de contratación.
  • Brindar apoyo administrativo en proyectos y actividades del departamento de Recursos Humanos.
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según sean asignadas.
Requisitos
  • Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada. Se considerará experiencia equivalente.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Recursos Humanos o un área relacionada.
  • Conocimiento de principios, prácticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia con ADP Workforce Now será considerada un plus.
  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Buenas destrezas interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción.
  • Excelentes destrezas de organización y atención al detalle.
