Job description

Onsite Property Management Team – Bend, OR Area


We’re hiring an onsite management team for a well-established manufactured housing community in the Bend area. This is a strong opportunity for a couple or team that works well together, takes pride in their environment, and is comfortable balancing resident relations, administrative tasks, and hands-on property upkeep.


The role includes managing day-to-day operations—processing payments, handling applications and agreements, communicating with residents, coordinating maintenance, and helping maintain community standards. You’ll also be responsible for keeping common areas and your assigned space clean and well maintained.


We’re looking for reliable, self-directed individuals with solid communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Prior property management or manufactured housing experience is helpful but not required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

Housing is fully provided, including a double-wide home with an attached office, and all basic utilities and internet are covered. Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience, with mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities available.
