What does your role bring to the table?
The Recruiter is a keymember of Snooze's Talent Management & Acquisition team and plays acritical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across ourRestaurant Support Center and restaurant operations. Reporting to the Directorof Talent Management & Strategy, this role owns full-cycle recruiting for avariety of salaried and hourly positions, serving as a trusted talent advisorto hiring leaders throughout the organization. The Recruiter balances strategictalent acquisition initiatives with hands-on recruiting execution, helpingensure Snooze continues to grow while protecting the people-first experienceand values that define who we are. This role thrives on building relationships,creating remarkable candidate experiences, leveraging recruiting technology,and finding innovative ways to connect great people with meaningful careers.Through partnership, influence, and execution, this position directlycontributes to building the next generation of Snoozers and supporting Snooze'scontinued growth.

The Position Specifics
Taking on the role of Recruiterisn't just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this positioninclude:

Full-CycleRecruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts forRestaurant Support Center, restaurant operations leadership, and other assignedsalaried and hourly positions from requisition intake through onboarding.
  • Partnerwith hiring managers to understand business needs, define talent profiles,develop recruiting strategies, and create hiring plans that supportorganizational growth.
  • Source,attract, screen, interview, and assess candidates through a variety of channelsincluding referrals, networking, job boards, social media, and proactive talentpipelining.
  • Managecandidate communications, offer negotiations, and pre-employment processes toensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitatestructured interview processes that support consistency, fairness, and qualityhiring decisions.

TalentPartnership & Hiring Strategy

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadersby providing guidance on market conditions, talent availability, compensationpositioning, recruiting best practices, and candidate selection.
  • Partnerwith Operations leaders to assess hourly staffing needs, identify hiringchallenges, and develop market-specific recruiting strategies that supportrestaurant staffing goals.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency across theorganization.
  • Providecoaching and guidance to field leaders on hiring best practices, workforceplanning, candidate selection, and labor market trends to improve hiringoutcomes.
  • Collaboratewith leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitingstrategies for current and future openings.
  • Providerecommendations that align hiring decisions with Snooze's culture, values, andlong-term business objectives.
  • Promoteinclusive hiring practices that expand talent pipelines and create access toopportunity.

EmploymentBrand & Candidate Experience

  • Champion a best-in-class candidateexperience that reflects Snooze's culture and values throughout the hiringprocess.
  • Supportemployment branding initiatives through job postings, social media engagement,recruiting events, networking activities, and talent community outreach.
  • Collaboratewith Director of Talent Management & Strategy and Marketing team to enhancerecruiting campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
  • Trainand support Operations leaders on ATS utilization, hiring best practices, andcandidate experience expectations.

RecruitingOperations & Analytics

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of theapplicant tracking system and ensure accurate requisition, candidate, andworkflow management.
  • Monitorrecruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipelinehealth, candidate conversion rates, and quality of hire indicators to provideactionable insights to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leveragerecruiting technology, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improveefficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Identifyand implement process improvements that strengthen recruiting operations andscalability.
  • Participatein special projects related to talent acquisition, workforce planning, employerbranding, employee referrals, and people initiatives.
  • Managerelationships with recruiting vendors, job boards, sourcing platforms, andtalent acquisition technology partners to support hiring and employmentbranding initiatives.
  • MonitorSnooze's presence across third-party employment platforms, including Glassdoor,and leverage insights to strengthen the employment brand and candidateexperience.

NewRestaurant Openings & Staffing Strategy

  • Lead management recruiting efforts forassigned New Restaurant Openings (NROs), partnering with Operations leaders todevelop staffing strategies and achieve hiring goals ahead of openingtimelines.
  • Partnerwith restaurant leadership teams to develop and execute hourly staffingstrategies that support training schedules, staffing targets, and operationalreadiness.
  • Participatein NRO planning and collaboration meetings to monitor hiring progress, identifyrisks, and drive solutions that keep hiring efforts on track.
  • Travelto new restaurant markets to facilitate hiring kickoffs, provide hands-onrecruiting support, and train leadership teams on Snooze's hiring processes andexpectations.
  • Monitorhiring metrics and staffing progress throughout the opening process, partneringwith leaders to adjust strategies and ensure hiring plans are successfullyexecuted.

Let's Talk Prerequisites! (Education, Credentials, and Experience)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience withownership of full-cycle recruiting activities.
  • Experience recruiting professional, corporate, leadership, andoperational positions across multiple functions.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit service industryrecruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, andrecruiting analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in afast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, employment practices,and interview best practices.

Let's Get Physical (Additional Requirements)

  • Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week
  • Travel required for this position is approximately 10-15%and you must be able to travel for up to 5 days at one time (air, car, bus, train,and weekend travel all required)
  • Home base is in Denver, CO at the Snooze Restaurant Support Center (3days a week required in office)

The Nitty Gritty Details
Denver area base salary range: $70,000-$90,000 per year
The base salary range above represents the low and high end of theSnooze salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may beabove or below the range based on various factors including but not limited toexperience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality ofproduction, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The rangelisted is just one component of Snooze's total compensation package foremployees.
