Job description

We are the Roofing Company Inc., a Class A, general contractor focused on providing roofing services in the Hampton Roads area since 1998. We strive to build excellence through an elite and well-trained team of construction professionals…and that team is growing!


We are currently in search of an EXPERIENCED Commercial Roofing Mechanic or Lead Tech looking for opportunities to advance to become a FOREMAN. The ideal candidate is a talented problem solver that likes variety and challenges. We have a positive work environment and are hiring like minded people to our team. No over night travel.  Efficient with ipad/iphone.  Bilingual would be a plus.   If you are looking for a professional company that is committed to a work life balance, we are the company for you!


This is a full time role with hourly compensation from $20 - $40 an hour, along with a $2,000 hiring bonus depending on skill level.
