BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving their mission and goals. Our service and solution delivery start with understanding each client's end-state and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency's organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.
Position Overview
The Supply Technician provides logistical and inventory support for medical and non-medical supplies to ensure consistent availability of materials critical patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and issue supplies and materials, ensuring proper inventory control and documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and usage, utilizing computer systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming supplies for quality and compliance with specifications, documenting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of supplies.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify supply needs and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports and assist in the development of supply budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Supply Technicians work rotating shifts.
7am-3:30 pm PT
2:30 pm-11 pm PT
10:30 pm-7 am PT
The hourly compensation range for this position is $27.00-31.00 depending on location plus Health & Welfare. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test. This position is also subject to the company's random drug testing policy.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
