DESCRIPTION
The Baymont Inn & Suites in Warrenton, VA is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate who enjoys working with people and creating a great guest experience. If you are organized, professional, and customer-focused, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming check-in and check-out experience
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
