What You Will Do:

  • Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high (even when the coffee runs low).
  • Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event-because teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Balance budgets like a banquet ninja-managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities with precision.
  • Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively), ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer service experience-because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role-we need someone who's seen a plated dinner or two.
  • Leadership potential or experience-you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
  • Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)-because safety is always in style.
  • Physical stamina-this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
