Key Responsibilities:
Compile andsubmitpayer initial enrollment and revalidation applications in various formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Monitor, compile, andmaintainaccurateenrollment records for all providers, communicating updates to internal stakeholders ina timelyand professional manner.
Createtimelyandaccuratereports for managed care payers, performing routine auditing of payer records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with providers to ensureaccuratecredentials, services, and practice locations, streamlining communication and simplifying processes wherever possible.
Act as a liaison for externalprivilegingwith other organizations, meeting contractual obligations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Maintaindepartment standards while adhering to all required regulations,demonstratinga strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience in healthcare administrationutilizingadvanced Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills (oral and written).
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Analytical skills and the ability to research industry topics and policies, translating information into actionable items.
Ability to multitask on various projects while meeting different deadlines.
