Job Description
Join Mosaic Life Care, where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in our 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit. We proudly partner with Lifepoint Health to deliver a diverse and integrated healthcare experience. You'll work alongside a dedicated therapy team, case manager, clinical liaisons, unit director, and an IRF-PAI coordinator-all focused on supporting your success and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Position Details:
  • Provide medical leadership for the Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)
  • 100% inpatient
  • Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week to meet Medicare and regulatory requirements for ARU operations
  • Hours may include a combination of clinical and administrative services
  • Flexible shift scheduling available
  • On-call coverage required from 7 AM - 7 PM, one weekend per month
  • Completed a formal PM&R residency, a minimum 1-year rehabilitation fellowship, or equivalent training/experience, including a 1-year hospital internship and at least 2 years managing inpatient rehabilitation as part of a collaborative medical team.
