As a Security Officer Part Time Experience Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
  • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, parking areas, patient care areas, and the surrounding perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to site leadership.
  • Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and required logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
  • Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be able to restrain individuals.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
