VNA of Ohio is one of Northeast Ohio's most established home health agencies - 124 years strong, CHAP-accredited, and 4-star rated by CMS. We're building our PRN PTA team and offering competitive per-visit pay with a flexible schedule.

Pay Rates โ€“ Per Completed Visit

Per Visit - $45

Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $32/hr 

*** Sign On Bonus - $1,000 ***

Premium add-ons:

  • Same-Day / Urgent: +$15
  • Weekend: +$20
  • Holiday: +$30

"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Active PTA license (Ohio) + current BLS certification
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical physical therapy assistant experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior home health experience
  • Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
  • Experience working under PT supervision in a community or home-based setting
