Job description

Position Type: Part-time, On-Call Employee (W-2)

This is a W-2 employee position. Eco Angels handles payroll taxes and workers' compensation coverage. This is not an independent contractor (1099) role.

Eco Angels is a small yet highly rated, woman-owned, eco-friendly cleaning company proudly serving the Tempe and East Valley areas for almost a decade. We believe in cleaning with care, using non-toxic, sustainable products to protect both our clients and the planet. Our mission is rooted in mindfulness, integrity, and delivering outstanding quality service in people’s most sacred space: their home.

What We’re Looking For Right Now:

Due to unexpected team changes, we are urgently looking for a floater/fill-in house cleaner who can start immediately for occasional or on-call work—with the potential to grow into a long-term role if it’s a great fit.

This is an on-call, part-time position ideal for someone who:

  • Is reliable, self-motivated, and shows up on time

  • Has weekday morning availability, (Typically 9am-3pm M-F's) especially on short notice

  • Has professional or personal experience with residential cleaning

  • Is comfortable working independently in client homes

  • Respects/or knowledge of the use of eco-safe cleaning products only (no bleach or harsh chemicals) all cleaning supplies provided

  • Don't have cleaning experience but want to learn? Tell us we will train you.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Smart phone for GPS, communication, and occasional photos

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for cleaning tasks

  • Clear communication and respect for client confidentiality

  • Must be comfortable with a trial shift to evaluate fit
