  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • $0.80-$0.85 per mile
  • Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
  • Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability

Lane Details

Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The running area is generally VA to ME, with typical freight moving from Northern NC up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in NYC is a plus, but it is not required.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
