Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art facility designed for optimal patient interaction and care. You will be part of a small yet dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are all committed to promoting physical health and shared learning. The center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a predictable work schedule while facilitating a direct focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's specific goals and abilities.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education, to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Implement progressive strengthening and mobility exercises based on the individual needs and treatment protocols.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and provide guidance on home exercise programs to foster ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using EMR systems, such as WebPT, to keep team members informed and aligned.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Restore and Rise Rehabilitation Center predominantly includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries—including joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, and trauma—as well as patients with sports-related injuries. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, ranging from active young adults to older adults seeking to reclaim their independence. Your therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in enhancing mobility, restoring strength, and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically WebPT, is a valuable asset.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is two years, candidates with additional experience in specialized orthopedic rehabilitation techniques or certifications in therapeutic modalities may stand out in the selection process. Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, this full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
