Job description

Job Overview 4 Corner Resources is seeking multiple HL7 Engineers for a healthcare organization supporting large-scale clinical data integrations. These fully remote roles focus on building and maintaining secure, high-performance interfaces that connect Epic with other healthcare systems using HL7 standards. NO C2C OR Sponsorship and must currently reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities Design, build, and support healthcare data interfaces using HL7 standards. Develop and maintain real-time data exchange between Epic and external systems. Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures and data flow issues.

Partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure accurate data transmission. Support ongoing optimization of healthcare integration workflows. Qualifications Senior-level HL7 Interface Developer with deep hands-on experience building and supporting interfaces in InterSystems IRIS (formerly Ensemble) Epic Bridges certification required Proven experience with clinical data conversion and migration , including transforming and loading historical patient data into Epic Strong background building interfaces between Epic and third‐party applications Expert knowledge of HL7 standards, ADT, ORM, ORU, and interface troubleshooting Ability to work independently on complex integration projects Excellent documentation, testing, and collaboration skills Pay Competitive, based on experience.
