We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing, building, and implementing enterprise integration solutions within the insurance domain. Needs a strong foundation in AWS and APIs. Experience with DataPower and Majesco platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims, or Digital1st) is preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading integration strategy, defining architecture patterns, and ensuring seamless interoperability across core systems, cloud platforms, and third party applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration Architecture & Design: Define end to end integration architecture, including data flows, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven models.
  • Develop high-level and detailed solution design documents, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, and mapping documents.
  • Lead integration architecture for AWS implementations.
  • Establish and enforce standards for API design, message formats (JSON/XML), security, logging, and exception handling.
  • Design and configure integrations in an AWS ecosystem.
  • Work with product teams and implementation partners, both internal and external, to align on best practices.
Technical Leadership:
  • Guide development teams on integration best practices, API implementation, and middleware usage.
  • Perform design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Project Delivery:
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality, scalable, and secure integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide leadership in resolving complex technical problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or technical architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with integration platforms such as: DataPower, MuleSoft, Informatica / SnapLogic (nice to have).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, message queues, event streaming (Kafka), ETL pipelines, and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of Policy / Billing / Claims architectures, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tools, and container-based deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS certifications or experience in AWS implementation projects.
  • Experience with ACORD standards and common insurance data models.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
