Job description

Job Summary:
Adobe is dedicated to crafting exceptional employee experiences and is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Security Enterprise Enablement. This role focuses on evolving the human risk program through phishing simulations and behavioral change initiatives, collaborating across teams to enhance security awareness and education.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and continuously improve the enterprise phishing simulation program, including campaign execution, analysis, and optimization
• Drive the development and execution of a roadmap to evolve from phishing-focused efforts to a broader people-centered risk initiative, growing targeted education and efforts to influence actions
• Help build and maintain a measurement framework that connects program activities to behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally alongside learning development, communications, governance and security teams to deliver effective programs
• Work with tooling vendors and platform owners to support program needs and enhancements
• Design and support targeted interventions for high-risk behaviors and user groups
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, security awareness, or related program roles
• Experience supporting or operating phishing simulation or security awareness programs
• Strong program execution and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Ability to translate security concepts into clear, actionable guidance for end users
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Preferred:
• Familiarity with human risk management, behavioral science, and behavior change principles
• Experience with instructional design, content creation, and learning strategy development
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
