To thrive as a Helpdesk Intern, you need a basic understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and customer service principles, often supported by coursework in IT or related fields. Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Zendesk and knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) are typically required.
