What Does a Typical Day Look Like in This Role?
This fully remote opportunity allows you to provide excellent IT support from wherever you choose! Depending on your levelโHelpdesk, Tier 1, or Tier 2โyour responsibilities will vary, but one thing stays constant: youโll be problem-solving, collaborating, and delivering great customer service.
- Helpdesk Support: Youโll manage the basicsโresponding to client calls, emails, and chats about tech issues. Your day will involve troubleshooting simple problems and escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Tier 1 IT Support: Youโll take on more technical responsibilities, like diagnosing and resolving system performance issues, providing remote desktop support, and guiding customers through software installations and routine maintenance.
- Tier 2 IT Support: At this level, youโll handle escalated and more complex issues related to networking, server environments, and advanced system troubleshooting. Additionally, youโll support your fellow team members by sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
Throughout the day, weโll stay in touch as a team, check in with team leads, and work together to solve challenges. By the end of your shift, youโll know youโve helped clients navigate their tech issues and contributed to the teamโs overall success.

What Qualifications or Experience Do I Need?
We need IT professionals who are humble, hungry, and people-smartโthe key traits that help us collaborate deliver outstanding customer experiences. Depending on the level of support you're interested in, hereโs a snapshot of the experience weโre looking for:
- Helpdesk Support: 1-2 years of tech support experience, solid communication skills, and basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Tier 1 Support: 2+ years of experience, with knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and troubleshooting end-user devices. (desktops, mobile phones, etc.)
- Tier 2 Support: 3+ years of experience with a strong technical expertise, especially in server management, networking, and complex systems.
