Job Description:

Living Water Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Finance Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Executive Director and CEO to oversee financial operations and revenue cycle management. This role is essential in ensuring the clinic's financial health, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and CEO to manage financial operations and develop business strategies that support growth.
  • Lead Revenue Cycle Management including billing processes, patient accounts receivable, and insurance claims to optimize revenue generation.
  • Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and billing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee administrative and financial operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures that align with healthcare regulations and clinic goals.
  • Provide leadership and support to various departments, including Administration, Clinical Support Staff, and Clinic Managers, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Analyze financial data and provide reports to executive leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and community partners.
  • Assist in project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of clinic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
