Resident Care Director - RN or LPNCalyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Resident Care Director - either RN or LPN - for our contemporary assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!   Calyx is looking to hire NOW a nurse as our Resident Care Director to oversee Resident Care at the community. A well-qualified RN or LPN has experience in the following: Overseeing a resident care department through supervising and hands-on support of the care staffManaging and training resident care staff to ensure quality service deliveryEnsuring regulatory complianceCompleting resident assessments and care plans for new and current residentsConducting daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiativesResident Care Director Qualifications:RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina Minimum of two years nursing experience, long-term care experience preferredSupervisory experience preferredIf you have strong leadership and clinical nursing skills and are interested in being a Resident Care Director for a brand new, contemporary assisted living community, please apply here!.
