Job description

Elite Group Staffing and Headhunting Firm is seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler for a specialized manufacturing client. This role involves precision work with small components, cables, and wires, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble cables and wires
  • Fabricate parts based on technical drawings
  • Identify and correct defects to meet quality standards
  • Perform soldering (Fine Pitch, Surface Mount, Through Hole)
  • Conduct optical assembly and quality assurance
  • Apply lithography and thin film optical coating techniques
  • Use microscopes for precision tasks (e.g., military-grade wire pushing)
  • Crimp pins, twist wires, load connectors
  • Cut, strip, and tin wires
  • Test units and verify specifications
  • Follow IPC and J-STD standards
  • Comply with ESD and ESO protocols

Skills & Certifications

  • IPC and J-STD certifications preferred
  • Proficient with soldering tools, microscopes, calipers, cutters, pliers, heat guns
  • Experience in cable harness assembly and splicing
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Military cable harness experience is a plus

Entry-Level Consideration
