As the Head of Strategic Sourcing NASA, you will lead and develop sourcing teams across North and South America while driving sourcing excellence for a global aftermarket portfolio of heavy equipment products and components. This role is central to securing a resilient, sustainable, and competitive supplier base that supports Epiroc’s mission to deliver high‑quality products on time and at optimal total cost.

Work Type : Onsite — Garland, Texas Domestic and international travel required.

Shift Timings: Standard business hours, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This role benefits from close collaboration and visible leadership. Therefore, a minimum of three days per week in the office is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sourcing teams in Garland, Canada, and Chile, ensuring alignment with PSD strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the primary sourcing point of contact for the Parts & Services Division NASA organization (PSN).
  • Balance global leverage with regional agility to capture synergies while meeting regional business needs.
  • Secure a resilient, sustainable, and competitive supplier base delivering on time, with required quality, and optimal total cost of ownership.
  • Advance regionalization strategies to support business growth and supply chain resilience.
  • Drive supplier compliance with Epiroc requirements and sustainability objectives, including CO â‚‚ reduction and SBTi adoption.
  • Reduce supply chain risks through supplier diversification and dual sourcing.
  • Support business growth through collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Optimize total landed cost through effective category management and region‑for‑region sourcing.
  • Deliver sustainable COGS improvements through cross‑functional collaboration and digitalization.
  • Build a high‑performing organization through strong leadership, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge/Education:
