Reports to: Head of Inside Sales
Classification: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue by proactively guiding customers toward the right CPAP solutions for their needs. This role combines consultative selling with product expertise to help customers start and stay compliant with sleep therapy. You will focus on understanding each customer’s lifestyle, barriers, and therapy goals to deliver personalized solutions that create long-term success. This is a performance-driven role focused on converting opportunities, increasing order value, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role also serves as a pathway for future leadership opportunities, including Team Lead responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions by identifying needs and recommending the right CPAP equipment and accessories.
  • Convert leads into customers by confidently guiding them through the purchasing process and overcoming objections in real time.
  • Increase average order value through bundling, upgrades, and product education.
  • Build trust with customers by simplifying complex information and delivering solutions with confidence and empathy.
  • Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and prior inquiries to recover revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately process orders, ensuring compliance with all applicable medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems for follow-up and reporting.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on CPAP equipment, masks, accessories, and industry trends.
  • Support team success through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
