This role will focus on administering an external learning platform used by physicians and healthcare professionals, managing access requests, uploading approved education content, organizing materials, and helping improve the overall physician user experience. This is an execution-focused role. The platform is already built, so this is not a software development role. Key Responsibilities Administer the external learning platform and support day-to-day platform operations. Manage requests coming through the shared inbox. Validate physician access requests and create new user profiles. Assign learning tasks, manage access permissions, and support ongoing platform maintenance. Upload approved course, webinar, and educational content into the LMS. Organize materials within the platform to improve usability and physician experience. Troubleshoot within the platform as needed. Identify opportunities to improve platform usage, organization, and overall learner experience. Collaborate closely with the Medical Education team and assist with shifting priorities or urgent needs as they arise. Strong technical aptitude and confidence working within digital platforms. Ability to troubleshoot basic platform issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail. Ability to support physicians, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders professionally. Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the team rather than operate in a silo. Flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to jump in, support fire drills, and adapt to shifting priorities. Nice to Have Experience with Learning 360, or a similar LMS platform. Exposure to instructional design, adult learning principles, reporting/analytics, or broader course strategy. Medical device, healthcare, clinical education, or medical education experience. Experience supporting physician, provider, or HCP-facing education platforms. Ability to make thoughtful recommendations on how a learning platform can be better utilized, organized, and optimized. #J-18808-Ljbffr
